Every Custom TCG Gear order is produced and shipped by Custom TCG Gear from the USA.

Production time

Most custom items ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Larger orders (10+ units) may take an extra business day or two.

Shipping methods

• USPS Ground Advantage — 3–5 business days after production.
• USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days after production.
• UPS Ground — available at checkout for larger orders.

Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships. International shipping is available to select countries — rates are calculated at checkout.

Reprint guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't match your approved artwork, we'll reprint it for free. Just reach out within 30 days with a photo and your order number.

Returns

Because every item is custom-printed to order, we can't accept returns on personalized products. Quality issues are always covered by the reprint guarantee above.
